Bankrupt in March, funded in November
One of this week's rounds went to a company declared bankrupt in March. Another is a seed round that buys other companies.
- Hardt Hyperloop, Rotterdam: a multi-million-euro round, amount not disclosed, led by Green Rock with Perpetuum Ventures and Urban Impact Ventures. It was declared bankrupt in early March. Now it plans hyperloop projects across the Americas with Green Rock.
- Supa, UK: £21M in seed funding, co-led by 2150 and OpenOcean, with KOMPAS VC, Actia Capital Partners and HEARTFELT. The total includes a debt facility. It acquires local block management firms and runs them on its own AI platform.
- Biograil, Denmark: €20M from Verve Ventures, Megatrend Invest and the Opportunity fund of HTGF | High-Tech Gründerfonds. Its capsule dissolves in the stomach and releases a spring-loaded device that grabs the stomach wall and delivers a drug that would otherwise need an injection. Phase 1 trials come next.
- Marble Cognition, Munich: about €3.35M pre-seed led by Heartcore Capital and Seedcamp. Founded at the end of 2025, its AI watches how staff actually work, then automates it.
- Conlio, Berlin: amount not disclosed, led by Piton Capital with WaVe-X, Haufe Group Ventures and F-Log, the investment vehicle of Fiege. Its AI reads and checks freight documents and invoices.
- omenic, an ETH Zürich project: CHF 150,000 from InnoBooster, for founders who reached the second stage of Venture Kick. It turns weather forecasts into operating decisions, with a pilot at Zurich Airport.
Two of the six kept the amount to themselves. Supa's seed is partly debt. And omenic's money comes from a foundation's programme, not a fund.
